Mr. Mack's FAQ

What age groups are suitable for Mr. Mack's Chats?

Mr. Mack's Chats offers engaging entertainment services tailored for children aged 3 to 10 years, with the golden age group being 4-8.

How many children should I invite?

Session pricing stays the same regardless of the number of guests. Games work best with at least 10 children and a maximum of around 35-40. For large groups, ensure that the location has enough space for a group of that size to move around.

Do you offer themed parties at Mr. Mack's Chats?

Yes, we provide a variety of themed party options to make your child's event special and unforgettable, from superheroes to fairytales.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required - payment is taken via cash, transfer or card payment after the party is finished.

What happens if it rains?

I understand that weather is an uncertainty left to chance. If your party is rained out, there will be no charge.

Families may choose a park with cover, book a hall, postpone/cancel.

What is your real name?

My real name is Mack! I was always Mr. Mack when teaching in preschool and have kept the name since!

Mr Mack brought lots of fun and energy. A unique party idea and so easy for parents! The party was engaging, beautifully run, and absolutely loved by the children. Thanks for today Mr Mack!! From start to finish, the energy was high and the kids were completely engaged. Your enthusiasm was contagious—every game was fun, well-organised, and perfectly suited to keep everyone involved and smiling. Even after a 4 month break from hosting parties you didn’t miss a beat. Highly recommend! Mack was overseas but still organised the whole thing with such ease, including responding in a really timely fashion to change in venue etc... We had Mike as our entertainer and the kids LOVED him, to the point that at the end of the hour they were begging him not to go. He kept them active and engaged the whole time and got everyone involved by the end, even the most timid of kids. And Betty's face painting was epic - there were a lot of kids but she got to everyone and her work was gorgeous! Even took some fun requests too. Would absolutely hire both Mike and Betty again for another party.
