Mr. Mack's FAQ
What age groups are suitable for Mr. Mack's Chats?
Mr. Mack's Chats offers engaging entertainment services tailored for children aged 3 to 10 years, with the golden age group being 4-8.
How many children should I invite?
Session pricing stays the same regardless of the number of guests. Games work best with at least 10 children and a maximum of around 35-40. For large groups, ensure that the location has enough space for a group of that size to move around.
Do you offer themed parties at Mr. Mack's Chats?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required - payment is taken via cash, transfer or card payment after the party is finished.
What happens if it rains?
I understand that weather is an uncertainty left to chance. If your party is rained out, there will be no charge.
Families may choose a park with cover, book a hall, postpone/cancel.
What is your real name?
My real name is Mack! I was always Mr. Mack when teaching in preschool and have kept the name since!

Matt was amazing at my son’s 6th birthday party. He had the kids playing really fun games and kept them engaged and entertained for the whole hour. He even engaged the parents in an activity! I can’t recommend Mack and team highly enough for very high quality party fun.

Miss Aimie was absolutely amazing! She made our sons sports theme party so much fun, energetic and memorable! The kids absolutely loved every minute. Everyone was invovled. We had parents telling us after the party just how awesome it was. Blown away by how engaged Miss Aimie was so with all 16 children! We couldn’t recommend Mr Macks Chats enough for a kids’ party. We had Mr Mack run the games for our daughter’s 7th birthday party in the park and he was amazing! He has so much energy and had all the kids laughing, running around and joining in from the minute he started. Being a qualified teacher, he clearly knows how to engage with kids and make sure everyone feels included. It was exactly what we wanted — the kids outdoors, running around together, playing games and having lots of fun. And as parents, it was lovely to be able to stand back and watch while Mr Mack took care of everything! He was also great in the lead-up to the party, really easy to communicate with and full of helpful advice and suggestions, especially when we were keeping an eye on the weather. The kids absolutely loved him, and we had so many parents comment afterwards on how brilliant he was too. Would definitely recommend Mr Mack for a kids’ party!
