IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY INFORMATION:
Mr. Mack is going for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Japan from December-April. During this time, team members Aimee, Matt and Mike will be running all parties in my absence. Book a time slot on the calendar below and I will contact you to discuss which team member will be best suited for your party.

What age groups are suitable for Mr. Mack's Chats?
Mr. Mack's Chats offers engaging entertainment services tailored for children aged 3 to 10 years, with the golden age group being 4-8.
How many children should I invite?
Session pricing stays the same regardless of the number of guests. Games work best with at least 10 children and a maximum of around 35-40. For large groups, ensure that the location has enough space for a group of that size to move around.
Do you offer themed parties at Mr. Mack's Chats?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required - payment is taken via cash, transfer or card payment after the party is finished.
What happens if it rains?
I understand that weather is an uncertainty left to chance. If your party is rained out, there will be no charge.
Families may choose a park with cover, book a hall, postpone/cancel.
What is your real name?
My real name is Mack! I was always Mr. Mack when teaching in preschool and have kept the name since!

We had the best time at our son’s 9th birthday today. It rained the whole time but Matt had every kid running around and smiling. It was great to have a pro kid wrangler to take the pressure off us as parents and be the water fight target! All the parents were really impressed with how Matt engaged the kids and got them involved. Booking was easy, Mack is great to deal with, and Matt, our facilitator, communicated well and checked everything in the lead up. Highly recommend and will hire again for future parties.

We've been to many successful kids' parties over the last few years where Mr Mack has provided the entertainment, so it was an easy choice to call him for our son's 5th birthday. As Mr Mack himself was away, he sent along Master Mike in his place. Mike was a powerhouse of energy and kept 12 very boisterous boys on the go with awesome games and water play fun! It made the party so much easier on our end (yay!) and ensured all the kids had a great time. Highly recommend for a park party.

We had Mr Mack host our son’s 5th birthday and he was absolutely incredible! He kept all the kids busy and entertained, catering to different ages and interests so effortlessly. We also organised a face painter through him, and she was amazing as well. All the kids (and parents!) were obsessed — we’ll definitely be using Mr Mack again. We cannot thank him enough for making the day so special! Highly recommend. 🌟

Mack assisted with our party for our 5 year old and was an absolute hit. He was so easy to book and communicate with in the lead up, arrived early and entertained the kids with fun, high energy games.
